BBC Update!

Bikini Body Challenge Update #1

Beginning weight: 152
Beginning body: flabby and needs muscle and definition

Current weight: 151 DOWN A POUND! WHEEEEE!
Current body: looking better! Getting some definition of a 4 pack for abs, working on keeping my stomach from pooching out (sexy!), and working on legs. 

Workouts: HOLY COW ON TOAST, I just got back from Tae Kwon Do and I am exhausted! We did constant kicking and jumping and kicking and then punching FOREVER and then push-ups. And then I came home and did over 100 crunches! That is dedication right there, people. I've been eating better (mostly) and trying to work out more at home, walking around, jumping on the trampoline, and using the wii workout thingy over at Nick's. 

Problems: I am still having trouble with portion sizing! I always want more on my plate than I actually can eat. Last night I had WAY too much garlic bread. 

Good news: This morning I made myself a banana pancake and stopped eating when I was full! I still had some left but wasn't hungry enough to eat it. Go me!

Yay for 1 pound! They all count!

Portion control has always been my problem The ONLY way to make yourself accountable for what you put in your body is to write it down. I write down everything I eat. I also count calories. You'd be amazed at what something have in them. Tostidos hint of lime chips- 6 chips is 150 calories!

So on to my progress. I was able to button a pair of pants this past weekend! Still not wearing them out in public but happy dance for me.

I think my scale is off by a few pounds so I am not sure where I am at the moment. I was 139 last week and I was at 155 when I had Siena. My goal is to get to 125 when Siena is 3 months old.

I either walk 2 miles a day or I do 30 shred video which kicks my butt. I am waiting one more week before going back to curves. I want to be totally healed from the c-section before using machines again.

Go Aimee!!! I will have to start writing down what I eat. Do you carry a journal with you or do you just remember it?
Go pants buttoning! I'll happy dance to that! My scale is off to I believe--our old scale said I was 145 and when I stepped on the new scale right after that it said 152. Soooo yeah. But I'm just starting with what that scale says because it is the only working scale right now.
30 day shred video sounds pretty awesome, I have heard lots of people talking about it. Honestly when I want a kick-butt video workout I usually do the old Cindy Crawford one! (the lunges, omg owww).
Yay us!

Since I NEVER leave the house I just have a notebook in the office. But if I did go out then I would write it down.

The way I feel about the scale is that it really doesn't matter what the starting number is. You just want to see the numbers go down!!!
