In Which I Take a Slap at My Subconscious

I just dyed my hair to the same Hazelnut color it was for a while in high school.

This is noteworthy because I had a horrible dream where I dyed my hair and when I rinsed it out my hair had gray streaks in it. GRAY STREAKS.

And then I woke up and dyed it anyway.

TAKE THAT, DREAM-SELF.

Oasis

Two nights ago I had a dream. I was parched, and gulping down icy water as fast as I could and it didn't do anything to slake my thirst. I woke up soooo thirsty!

Last night I didn't have the same dream but I remembered it and so in the middle of the night I was SO. THIRSTY. I had to drink lots of water, even though my bladder is the size of a pea and I already routinely wake up my household several times a night. (TMI? Tough buns.) And now that it's nighttime again tonight, I am guzzling water again. Weird.

Mom suspects the thirsty-dream was probably when I first came down with the fever. I think I agree!

***Update*** Just took my temp and it was 99.9, which explains the thirst. Lovely.

ReallyFastBeforeNickSees!

"An Echo in the Bone" arrived two days ago and I finally finished it and it was awesome and I loved it and now I have to reread it again and it has a cliffhanger! which is bad because Diana Gabaldon takes like three years to write each one.

My dad is in Denver for a trade show for his work and this morning he was upset that Troy had his Visa card still (Because Troy is a Bad Boy this is proof) but I hope you have a safe trip Dad!

I had a weird dream I think where I bought groceries and I went downstairs and was surprised that we did not have sourdough since I distinctly remember buying sourdough but apparently I did not in real life.

Tylenol sucks for pain relief.

Dreams

I had the weirdest dream. I was in a supermarket with Nick, circling around the cheeses, and then this athletic tall blond woman ran up and said, "You can't take yoga without all of the materials!"

She kept throwing yoga things at me, and then handed me a soccer ball.

She made me kick the ball at the wall over and over and kept looking sad and telling me that I couldn't take yoga if I kicked like that. And I was upset because I wanted to take yoga!

Suddenly the room disappeared and we were on a soccer field with yoga girls and we were trying to play soccer and I was doing HORRIBLY and everyone was pissed off at me.

And then I woke up and decided that maybe I don't want to take yoga next semester.

Cuz that's weird shiznit.
